About Us
Inspired Management & Lettings was founded by landlords who wanted property management to be done properly.
As landlords themselves, Daniel Matthews and Jonathan Dee experienced first-hand the frustration that can come with unclear communication, inconsistent standards, and a lack of accountability from managing agents. They recognised the need for a reliable, trustworthy organisation that looks after properties with the same care and attention they would expect for their own.
Inspired was created to set a better standard — one built on integrity, transparency, and doing what’s right for both landlords and tenants.
Our aim is simple: to give landlords confidence that their property is being managed correctly, while ensuring tenants feel supported and any issues are dealt with promptly and professionally. At Inspired Management & Lettings, your property really is our priority.

Jonathan Dee
Jonathan leads on compliance and risk management, an area he is deeply passionate about and one he sees as essential to protecting both landlords and tenants.
With in-depth knowledge of the ever-changing lettings landscape, Jonathan ensures that legal and statutory requirements are handled thoroughly and correctly. His role is central to giving landlords reassurance that nothing important is being missed.

Gaynor is known for going the extra mile to keep things running smoothly, helping tenancies get off to the right start and minimising stress for everyone involved.
For Gaynor, the most rewarding part of her role is the trust built along the way — and the moment a tenant receives the keys to their new home.
